Payroll &Reimbursement ![]()
The FI-F group runs a Payroll software called SIGAGIP.
In matters of Payroll, CERN does not follow a particular legislation such as the French or Swiss one. Payroll has been fully parameterized by AIS to comply to the CERN rules and in particular to the need for 2 years retro-activity.
Any element of your contract or of your family situation, which has an impact on the Payroll is kept into the CERN Human Resources management system, Oracle*HR. Any such data is only maintained by the HR-SOC group of the Personnel division.
In addition, as a staff or non staff person working at CERN, you may be entitled to the reimbursement of travel expenses, or other claims.
Staff members are entitled to advances on their salary, and the partial reimbursement of school fees etc ...
All requests for such reimbursement are entered, on your behalf, by your divisional secretariat,using EDH.
AIS also provides support for Business Objects, a data mining application which allows to retrieve specific payroll information useful for attestations, etc.
