All information about you and your family which CERN needs to pay you and provide you with all necessary official documents is managed by the HR-PI group at CERN, also known as the Records' office.
HR-PI uses Oracle * Human Ressources (Oracle*HR) to maintain this data.
Another data querying, analysis and reporting tool called Business Objects is also provided to Divisional Computing Support persons to create and provide ad-hoc reports which do not exist in other tools.
If you are a specialized service and need direct access to some non confidential personal informations, you may also try to look in Foundation database which gathers some shared data.
